The German Institute for Medical Mission (DIFÄM) is committed to fair and sustainable health care, especially in neglected countries and regions, and promotes health care together with local partner organisations through
- training and further education of health professionals,
- building and equipping local health facilities and pharmacies,
- improving the supply of medicines,
- education and active participation of the people and communities.
DIFÄM is the owner of the hospital "Tropenklinik Paul-Lechler-Krankenhaus" in Tübingen, the Tübingen Hospice and the Academy for Health in One World.
